Turbo selection help!
Needing some help as i dont have alot of knowledge in this area. Setup will be on an ap1, stock bottom end. Ip 3mm HG. Supertech valvetrain with dished valves. Purcell im.still undecided on what tb to run. I have a jason schmuck tubular twin scroll dual 38mm wg manifold. Looking for around 500whpish for now, but would like some room to grow w\o buying new turbo. I live in seTX. Been looking at precision 6262/6266, bw362/bw366, gt30r/gt35r. Also plan on gettin puddymod diff with 3.63 rear end. This car is more roll racing/street/occassional 1/4. Lookin for fast spool times,and good curves. Also,leanin more towards journal bearing stuff to save some $, unless i can snag a bb 4 a good price. Any help greatly appreciated. Need help on what a/r housing as well. Will be running a boost by gear setup too. Maybe a 5-20psi range, depending on what psi gets me 450-500whp

Thanks for all the input.will be running 93. But already debating on running aem's boost triggered meth kit for safety reasons,and i figure when i decide in the future to make more power, running meth and 93 will get me there,nearest e85 is like 45 min from me...so not goin that route,and really not wantin to run race gas either. Well, not until the car turns essentially into a toy. : ) then, race gas
And can somebody better explain the correlation between a/r sizing to exhaust side wheel to compressor side wheel. Is it the bigger the a/r housing,the faster the turbo will spool?
Been lookin... thinkin of going with precision sc6262sp billet. Looks like they go for $1074. Is that the going rate? Or somebody here know a good place to pick 1 up for less
