at first glance i was gonna a TO4E/T4 housing was big for just 7 lbs of boost. But that torque curve on the dyno is perfect.... no dips up top and flat from 5.5k to redline. and its only 10lbs off the peak. thats the kinda curve you want... no mention of a fuel pump tho. and an ignition upgrade could prolly net some more power. seems fairly complete. I'd see if i could get the compressor map for that turbo...

just my 2 cents.

Read up on it, and see what you think. look at the dyno graph in that thread as well.

Isn't your car Right hand drive if it's an "Aussie model". That should take care of the battery relo problem. I would look into JDM kits because they will be tailored to the different layout.

The reason why i'm looking for a bolt on kit from the states is because you guys have put alot of R & D into Honda turbo kits and basically you know your stuff....

Also because my car is right hand drive, i wouldnt have to relocate the battery???
P.S. thanks for link to the Elda turbo...Now that is Awesome

Rev, the biggest problem is the steering shaft. You can bet most of the USDM kits interfere with it and you can't go round corners without it.

Check the Aus For Sale section. Adrianc has a kit for sale that I have seen personally.

It's an awesome kit but the turbo itself is just wrong. It's an HKS 3037 with 1.03 turbine AR. I would expect heaps of lag.

In the meantime I'm working with Tinker to confirm that his kit will fit RHD. We should have a manifold and downpipe here soon and can try it out. I'll keep you informed.

Yeah please keep me informed Aus2000. I know theres a few S2K owners in Sydney who want to go turbocharged.

P.S. Have you been on the S2K cruises to Kiama with Black SIIK e.t.c????
