Default turbo size question

Ok so its about time for me to start piecing together a turbo set-up for my S2k. I plan to run the Revhard cast manifold. I plan to keep the car at 9-10 psi on a stock HG and I plan to fab up my own V Mount and stuff. Now I was wondering if this turbo would be effeceint with our high reving motors???

The turbo is a Garrett T3/T4 .60trim, thats all i have for info so far I am getting full details when I get home tonight. A freind his it for sale and Ican get it REALLY cheap but if wont hold up to 10psi at 9k then I am gonna pass on it and buy a gt30.

Thanks for any help or advice!

If its a garrett t3/t04e 60 trim it'll make good power at 10 psi.
