Turbonetics T3/T4 Hybrid A/R is .60/.63 that is all the specs the seller gave me on the turbo.

What other specs should I be looking at when buying a turbo? compressor and turbine size? Im assuming that is what the A/R stands for.

any help you be great on explaining what the turbo A/R is and what kinda of horsepower this turbo would support and how it would react on a F20c.

That tells you virtually nothing about the turbo other than the seller has no idea what he's selling.

A/R ratios reference housings.
Trims reference wheel size.
T3/T4 means a T3 sized turbine (there are lots of these) combined with a T4 sized compressor (again, lots of there out there).
