Default Turbo Spooling with seconds of lean hesitation?

Hello,

Sometimes while driving in 3rd around 4000rpm or even down shifting to 2nd id floor it and all i hear it the turbo spooling loud but the car dosent kick but rather hesitate, feels like i got like 50hp lol, then it punches after about a second or two. I look at the AFR gauge and it dips to about 10. It does this for about a seconds then the car starts to go. usually it stays steady between 11-12 at WOT when it seems to be running normal. Im leaning out and hesitating for that split second, how bad would this be affecting the motor? It was running perfectly till about 4days ago!

What do you guys think? Either its not getting a spark or not enought fuel to burn.
Change the plugs? Fuel pump?

I have a 03' with Greddy Turbo kit

10:1 AF is a rich condition and the car is probably bogging down. Maybe a boost leak because that would cause a rich condition

A boost leak causing a rich condition is more typical of a MAF car.

Does it do this if you slowly tip in to the throttle?

Well sorry I guess I ment when my belt slips and I was only getting 14psi I was seeing af in the 10's i would tighten the belt and the boost would be at 18-19 psi and the af would return to 11.5 or so

Your first post dosent make sense. You say it's leaning out but your also saying it dips down to 10. Which is it?

Could it be possible that the map sensor needs a good 'whack'? that could be caused by a leaking turbo and oil getting in there. maybe bov is stuck open or the o-ring/seal thingy has flipped to the other side of the valve (had this happen to me once somehow). i would assume the tune has nothing to do with it seeing as how it was running fine and this all of a sudden started.
