you can try these threads

Since moving vtec down to 4K and installing the Mugen cat back I average 220wtq across the entire RPM range with boost ranging from 5.5 to 6.5 psi.

Note I have the AP2 Mugen header Stock OD TP and AP2 Mugen Cat back.
So on a stock exhaust car expect to see around 310-315wHP and around 210wTQ

you can use a turbo kit on a 06+ dbw s2000. you just have to worry about your EMS and a competent tuner. I just went KW sc kit (high boost) it pulls like crazy. that being said how good are you with working with cars? Im not to good with cars and even the sc system is a lot to happen. I wouldn't wanna go near a turbo S lol.

Ok heres the thing. i meant to fix what my settings were at. i dont have my S just yet. im going to be ordering the new 2009 CR in l8 november. so im assuming finding kits for it will be even harder to find. ive been really interested in inline turbos. I appreciate the tips so far they have helped. modifications that'll fit the 09 though are hard to find atm lol.
