I'm starting my turbo build and bought a used precision gt42 oiled and water cooled, has anyone have a oil and water cool turbo setup that can helpe where to tap for the water lines??? Y'all's help will be appreciated

 

I tapped in of the throttle body for my coolant lines. It keeps the lines away from heat and has held up with no leaks for a couple of years now.

My turbo is top mount and I have removed my stock oil cooler/warmer. Natural choice was to use the water feed/return that used to go to the cooler/heater for the turbo.

 

 

What are your power goals? Thats a BIG turbo

 

Goals around the 650-700hp

 

Squirrel what diff you running on! Nice build too

 

Garrett makes the GT42, Precision's response to Garrett was making the 7675. Both are 1000whp++IMO turbos too large for a goal of 600-700hp, check out this thread to help you https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/966...or-600-650whp/
