Default Turbonetics warranty claim

I've been waiting for two weeks for turbonetics to send me/my mechanic a new turbo for my car. The original destroyed it's own bearing. Turbonetics' warranty policy is pretty good seeing as how anything can go wrong and they will get you a new turbo within a year.

I was just trying to see if anyone else has gone through the process and how long has it took. MY BALLS ARE BUSTING WAITING FOR IT!!!
