Not true at all last year the mullet got beat a few times by a 900whp supra so like someone said earlier the s2k at around 700whp and up will surprise a lot of people and of course has to have the tranny and rear done

I'm not sayin the GT was unbeatable. Im just saying that thing is a beast and it's a gorgeous car. The waste of time comment was referring to going there to win the king of the street title with less than 1000hp. Obviously not every car there has over a 1000hp, the winner ALWAYS does though. I'd love to see some 700-900hp S2Ks smash some supercars. If I was closer to TX I'd love to try and make it to one of these events. I love the roll race format. Virginia to Texas is a long ride just to spectate though especially when 1320video will have up to the minute coverage w/ videos all over their newsfeed on Facebook.

There's nothing even remotely close to the experience of being there.. And a 500whp s2000 would destroy a lot of cars out there during the night events.. You don't need 1,000whp to beat people, just choose your races accordingly..

Last year I rode with a friend of mine in his A&A/vortech supercharged & nitrous LS3 corvette and he beat every car he raced except for an 800whp Dallas performance TTG (really close race though because he pulled on him from 2nd gear until 4th then the TTG started walking away).. And the corvette only made 638whp off nitrous and 705whp on nitrous.. And he literally ran ever car that lined up with him.. From Wednesday night through Saturday night and only lost 1 race..

500whp+ in a s2000 is perfect.. There's a lot of sharks in the water at tx2k, but the ocean is also filled with guppies.. I hope to see some of you guys out there this year.. I only saw 2 turbo s2k's last year..
