Default UEGO reads really rich

Alright. I have a few questions about the Serial Gauge.

Most importantly. AFR's
The AFR's read really rich compared to the MOTEC wideband that the tuner uses.
My tune was done on a mustand dyno and a MOTEC wideband.
The MOTEC was reading low 12s on AFR, opposed to my serial gauge reading an 11.1 at the highest. Both on the same tune, same everything.
The AFR's read pretty similar down low, but it reads really rich where it counts.

What can I do to fix this? Or is there even a way to get the UEGO to read anywhere as close to the MOTEC?

Not as important, but it sure does bug me..
For the PSi reading on the serial gauge, what do I input for a 4 bar map sensor.
Start cell 0= ??
End cell 255= ??

I've tried searching and reading and what not. Maybe I'm just missing the answer, or not understanding the tuner lingo on the AEM forum.

For those who may be wondering what kinds of power I made on my tune. Its in the sig.
Dynojet equivalent may be around 470whp, take that with a grain of salt though. I'd have to strap to a dynojet actually claim those numbers.

when i got tuned they used a motec wideband and the aem showed a .5 difference from the motec. the motec was alot more stable but its also $2,000 i think

Motec = awesome
AEM = is what i can afford, i paid for the tune tho

werd. I think most tuners use the Motec.
AEM is definitely much cheaper though for those of us that have it for monitoring reasons rather then tuning.
Its not too big of a deal I suppose, but I'd definitely feel more comfortable with it being a lot closer to the motec reading. I know its rich, so as long as I don't see the wideband starting to read way lean then I guess its okay.
But again.. i'd love for it to be a bit more accurate than 1.xx afr lower.
My logs show afr's at 10.8x-11.1x while in boost. Compared to my dyno sheet showing low 12's in boost.

Vortech SC here -- I get down to 10.0 at full boost. 10PSI.

I was tuned by the same guy that Suzuka Joe was (unless he's referring to MASE)

not sure what brand my tuners wideband is, its part of a mainline dynolog, his gauge was much more stable than my AEM.
He told me AEM is junk & the best "cheap" wideband gauge is the NGK AFX

So the bosch sensor is junk? What sensor comes with the NGK then?

was the motec in the tailpipe or in the header collector, downpipe ?

otherwise, seems your uego may be calibrated wrong. i know that with aem ems built in wideband, and when you send the external wideband in , you have to calibrate it before hand in the air first, then insert into bung. maybe its off. if you 100% believe the aem wideband is wrong there is a calibration area that you can change it to read what the motec says it is. but i wouldnt do it unless yuou were back at that place with the motec, and comparing numbers and changing, then comparing again until it was dialed in.

Not saying the Bosch is junk.. thats just what he told me. He wasn't trying to sell me anything. NGK uses an NGK sensor I believe.

For the $$, the aem's are fine imo.

being off .5 ? Are you kidding me..it's a reference only. If you knew you ran @ 11.5 under boost, and one day you are out driving and you see it spike to 17, then you have a problem, an AEM, or Motec is going to do the same thing in that instance.
