1. all in the tune. but most on this site favor SC for reliability/driveablilty. i myself am SC but feel the tune/driving style will dictate those two.

2. clutch, broken diff, bad gas milegage, tickets

3. all in the tune.

daily driving=supercharger.
car should last a long time if tuned right. you up your percentage of it lasting with a supercharger i believe.

Go big or go home, all this is modulated by your right foot my friend. Well, most, some by your left but that's not your motor as much as clutch/tranny/diff etc.

If you have to ask which one to do, you're not ready to do either.

As stated by others, the supercharger will be the best DD option with lowest upkeep. Turbo will be significantly more power and flexibility but along with that comes much more upkeep and possible things that can go bad.

FI/Boost = Cocaine addiction. You will always want more and more, and it will always cost you serious $$$ to play. You will not be able to quit, you will be hooked and it will destroy your life and your bank account.

I DD my turbo S2000 with no issues. Spend the money to get it done right in the first place and reliability won't be an issue.
