Thumbs up Valve Adjustment for Turbo Car

I have a turbo S and I'm going to have a valve adjustment done this weekend. I'm curious: should the valve clearances be adjusted any differently than OEM recommended specs? If so, what ranges should I strive for? If not, should the clerances be @ the tighter end of OEM spec, or looser?

I should also note that my block is sleeved, I have lowered the CR to 8.5:1 and my valvetrain is no longer stock (Ferrea SS valves, dual springs and Ti retainers).

TIA!

Use the same settings on the tight side that Honda calls for.
