Thanks, I'm already paranoid about it with the vibration...not turbo falling of the manifold !!
Did I read on here somewhere about people putting special nuts/locks on some parts (turbo, etc) that might vibrate them loose ? Anything to recommend there ? Thanks !

did you change the drive shaft? Make sure the bolts are not backing out, how long is the dump tube? They can rattle around. As for the turbo the the bolts for that will loosen eventually normally, best option to prevent that could be coating manifold and turbo combined with hardware such as full-race with the inconel nut or whatever they use. ... i think

No, OEM driveshaft
Dump tube length, unfortunately don't know
Manifold is coated (but not heat wrapped), turbo is not coated but heat cover/wrap
Inconel nut - would they be necessary if the turbo is wrapped ? The turbo already has regular lock nuts on it.
Thanks

When I first got my car it had a vibration also.. It wasn't particularly bad, bothersome none the less. I finally went in to the muffler shop to quiet the thing down and found out every nut and bolt on the drive shaft were loose, and two were actually gone.. Replaced them all with high grade and no more vibration at all.

If your car is a ap1 it could be gear lash I've known a few people with this problem all on ap1 some of them it happened when stock but most of them as soon as the changed the flywheel out with an aftermarket one they noticed it more. I've been told that nothing is wrong but Im not 100%. But exactly what your explaining is exactly what happens in there car also.

Can't believe everyone has looked past this!

Sounds like clutch buzz to me.

Willing to bet you've got an aftermarket clutch in there?
