Default Vortech 10psi

I want to go 10psi in MY04 vortech supercharged S. From the research I have done I believe I need a 4" pulley,750cc injectors, and AEM 1052 to get the best tune. Is there anything else you guys would recommend or anything Iam missing that I would need. Is the AEM 1052 direct plug in or would I need a harness and the same for the RC750 injectors. Thanks for the ihelp.

The stock MAP sensor starts getting weird around 10psi.

who would we look to in order to get a better map sensor? How much would a new map sensor cost?

I got a GM 3 Bar map sensor w/ pigtail for $75 shipped through a honda-tech.com vendor.

My stock map handles boost up to 10.8 with no problems. I wouldn't take it past 11psi though.

your ems is plug and play, i mean plug and tune, 750 injectors are more than enough, just buy the clips from RC that dont make you splice the wires. Im in the same boat and going up to a little over 10psi. i will be getting dished valves and springs/retainers. i will proballu go oversized on the exhaust valves and stock size for intake.

You might want to get new plugs, a step or two colder than stock.

650's will also be enought. I had an ASP 4" Pulley with my Vortech also and it made 11-12psi. If you want 10psi, I say get 4.25" Pulley.

You can either get the GM or AEM Map Sensor. BTW, I think a 2mm Headgasket would be good too

^If he gets a 2mm headgasket, he might as well stick to the 4" pulley or go smaller
