Default Vortech for 2005 S2k on 2002 model?

Is it possible to use a 2005 Ap2 Vortech kit on a 2002 AP1? From searching, it seems to be just the FMU that is different. Can anyone confirm this?

The black box is different, the pulley is different, most likely the fmu and the aftercooler has an additional injector in it that is not used for the 00-03 set up.

In your opinions, is it worth it to make it work if I tune it with an EMS?

If you get it for a good price it would be worth it. If running EMS all you have to do is fill in the injector hole in the aftercooler and your good to go. Most likely you will want a smaller pulley because the ap2 will get you only like 6psi or something around there.

Sorry, also, if AP1=5" pulley and AP2=4.5" pulley, does that mean that the stock setup ran less than ~6psi for AP1?

Also I'm worried about the returnless fuel system on the AP2 mentioned here:

I'm assuming this is a physical thing that cannot be resolved via tunning?

are you sure you arent talking about the 06+ model? cause the 05 s2k is the same as the 04, both are still mechanical throttle bodies, and arent returnless fuel systems
