im planning on ordering my vortech SC in a few weeks. and was wondering is there a way to run a fmic on this setup or i have to go with the aftercooler that comes with it. can i not just get the non-aftercooled kit and put fmic. thanks for th e info

To sum it up, yes, you can. There's an issue with losing boost, yet so will an aftercooler but not as much as an FMIC. I have the Vortech with AC and am very content with it. FMIC would be koo just for looks but functionality, I wouldnt go with it....das juss meeeeeeee.

Stock 7lbs., a smaller pulley would be nice but Im too broke and too lazy to upgrade every other freakin part necessary after that. So stock boost is just fine with me.

Damn, so many questions, ahhahaha. No tuning, juss slapped it on myself and started driving. Would be interested in numbers but dont care enough to pay for dyno. Splitter?? As in Mugen splitter?? Still waitin on it.
