Default vortech kit with 4.25" on stock vortech management

I need to fix a stripped bolt on the vortech kit so it needs to come out for the 3rd time wondering if I would be ok running a 4.25" pulley on the factory vortech tune on a 00 car (the ecu runs a bit richer) and sneak by until I can get a tune with the AEM lined up?

would be really nice to not have to take the kit off for the 5th time! haha

Blower doesn't have to come off to put a belt on. You just have to loosen up the bolts and that plate on the bottom take those two bolts off and then can fit the belt on.

Definitely cannot run the 4.25" pulley without ecu and injectors and a tune. 5" is already cutting it for running out of fuel as it is.
I couldn't even run that one without needing larger injectors and a tune.
If you don't go into boost with it it should be fine if that's what you mean though.

yeah but the issue is if something pops up with the tune its a drive to PA to fix it.... lol

in NH we swing from a low of 0 or a little under without windchill to 100 in the summer with 100% humidity with all the swamps and stuff around soooooo there would be a big swing in the tune haha

I think he can make etune adjustments if something get's messed up. Ive been running perfect for a couple of years on a tune by him! I haven't had any tune adjustments made.
