IMHO its the 3mm HG. I think the 3mm HG on a SC is overkill. Use a 2mm or stock and you should see more power. just my .02

He should still be able to see decent numbers even using the 3mm.
Something is wrong.
First thing I would do is check compression warm and then valve clearance cold and then revisit the tune.

Check your cam timing and do a leakdown and compression check.

Now comes the fun part.

You need to check your compression as mentioned.
You need to do a leak down test.
You need to check the timing. It requires you pull the aftercooler so the timing light can be used on the timing mark.

Who installed it? Who tuned it?

i installed everything myself, had bisimoto tuned it. he's a awsome tuner

one of the weird thing is that my temp sensor doest read right on the aem ems. might be a bad sensor, going to replace it also

man, my car is like a stock s2k with a bov sound, haha

thanks guys
If your talking about the Stock Temp Gauge, the gauge doesn't work with the ems. Unless you us this http://www.modifry.com/products/ect/index.htm

Your ex cam could be off one tooth...take a close up pic at TDC and post it. It's hard to see from the one you posted.

shouldnt the aem show the temp gauge on the laptop/computer? so when its a cold start it'll idle higher warming up the car faster, then settle down to regular rpm when its warm? or does the aem just not read the sensor at all, i know that the gauge on the cluster doesnt read.
