HI, so i have a vortech sc on my02 and it doesnt show the trim type. Is it possible to figure it out from the serial no? Also, i found the website www.superchargerrebuild.com they offer upgraded impellers. Anyone ever try one?Or their rebuilds in general? or any decent rebuilder or performance parts for one besides vortech's ? Any help is appreciated.. Thanks in advance

 

If it says V-2 then it is the standard S trim.

This it a T-trim.



supercharger rebuilds does offer billet impeller replacements ( same trim ) and if you call them they might have a upgraded impeller trim.

You will get the most boost with the Vortech T-trim and you can wind it up quite a bit more without loosing efficiency.

Get the high rpm ceramic or ceramic-hybrid bearings.
