Thumbs up Vortech SC. Runs lean when cold out?

Wondering if anyone else has has had this issue.
First thing each morning starting the car it idle surges for about 30 seconds.
Then when driving at around town for first 10-15 minutes it boggs down going from a stop lean or while cruising unless I tap the gas again.
Does this when warm or cold.
When it is warm outside like 60's+ I can go WOT in all gears after being warmed up for a little bit and afr's never go above 13's. At redline it is mid 12's.
If it is colder outside it goes into 13's and even 14's the whole time.
I have the stock kit, instead of MAP clamp I have a Blox MAP block installed.

So as of now I can only boost the car during a warm day.
Even a 20 degree difference causes this. Really weird.
Now I know weather can change things but that drastically seems so weird and I haven't heard of this issue from other people with their vortech kits.

Hahah I know. I was just told I should plug in an obd2 scan tool and see the readings as a sensor might be bad but not throwing a cel. so that would make sense.

Sure, funky ECT or IAT readings could cause wacky fuel trims.

Gotta be something like that. Not much left it could be haha. Swapped everything out to test already pretty much.

Have you tested fuel pressure while driving?

Not while driving no but I am 99% sure it is fine. As it boosts fine certain times like during the day and all just not when it is cooler.
Really thinking it has something to do with the IAT sensor or something. Hopefully I can get a live stream of the data and see what's going on soon.

there is nothing wrong with your setup except you need more fuel for the cold days.on a cold day the engine will pull in more oxygen throwing off your a/f ratio.

I can understand how it would be possible but I have never read of that happening with a stock Vortech kit. It happens with only a 20 degree difference in temps not like 50 or something.
Even when it is 70's out and and just started the car, get 3 bars and go for a drive still runs lean until it drives for like 15-20 minutes around town.
