Disconnect the belt on the blower, run oem injectors and drive to the tuner NA. Once you're there, install the belt, injectors and ems and let the tuner get the correct base map to get you going.

You have to take the blower off to remove/put the belt back on.

mps2000, PM your email, I think I've got you covered.

That doesnt sound right at all, you would just loosen the screw type tensioner pulley and remove the belt. Removing the blower each time would just be retarded.

Loosening the tensioner would only allow you to adjust the belt. Look at the diagram below and note the lower two bolts that hold the sandwich plate in place - that plate has to come off in order to install the belt. BTW, the red dots mark which bolts/nuts have to come off to remove the blower.

Belt can be removed without removing blower. Others have done it. U have to remove a bolt then it slides past it.

Ask tuner for base map or trailer car to tuner. I trailered mine. Uhaul trailer ftw

That's not true. As someone else mentioned that just adjusts the tension on the belt.

You can remove the 2 bolts that hold the ottom spacer to the engine and loosen a few other bolts slightly which will allow you to pull the belt off and then slide it through and off the car.

Let's not grasp at straws now. Once you remove the spacer and loosen the rest of the bolts you practically removed the blower...

The bottom line is that it's a bitch and that's all there is to it.

1. ask tuner for base map
2. build your own from aem base map in library
3. trailer car to tuner.
