Yes of course you have to put it on the crank pulley. If you don't there is nothing to drive the supercharger.

There is a seller on ebay that sells Vortech V2 rebuild kits. I almost bought one from him but leaving the blower alone for right now and see how it lasts. Seller seems to have good reviews and only $200 shipped for the rebuild kit.

tanks man , but i just read the vortech instruction on the site a few minute ago, the saw vortech supplies the pelley that run alternator, and the pulley that run the blower, i just had the exterior pulleys that ran the blower,i test fitted the pulley on a stock s2000 crank pulley, it seem to fit very well, but there is no hole to fix it, can i make holes an tap it to my stock oem crank pulley, there is my question i seem to be ok but i want to know i you already do it, my friend is machinist i can do it for me

Yes I brought a stock crank pulley to a machine shop to be drilled and tapped for the Vortech adapter to fit onto it. No issues at all.

For an AP2 I would think you would want the 3.6" to get over 12 psi.
Yeah I will let you know Monday after my tune.

Actually a 3.8" should be the size your going for since you are revving to 8500 or so.
