Default Which way does the oil flow in a sandwich plate?

I am trying to figure out the path that the oil takes though a sandwich plate on the way to the cooler.

Anyone know which blue AN hole it goes though first?

Dont quote me on this but I think the bottom port is OUT and the top is IN when the adapter is on the block.

Does the oil flow through the middle hole into the oil filter or out of the middle hole?

That would help you understand which hole on the adapter it will flow out to first.

Oil flows up from the oil pump into the outer ring on the oil mounting boss on the block. It flows back into the motor inside the center of the mounting boss.

Ok so if I understand this correctly.

Oil will come down the side of the stock oil cooler and go into the top grove on the other side of the plate that you can't see. Then go out the top AN fitting.

Then it will then go though my oil cooler then back in the bottom AN fitting, though the grove that you can see into the filter, then up though the hole in the middle.

Is this correct?

Hmmm, I was under the impression oil flowed in to the middle of the filter (so top hole) and out through the outside (bottom).

I would wait for an opinion by someone more certain though.

In the ring, out the middle. Look at which way the bypass valve opens.

Like I said before, I believe the oil flows through the large hole in the center of the large bolt and out the little holes on the bolt up by the head or wrench area of it. This will fill that front kidney shaped portion inside the relocation block with oil and it will flow out the bottom hole where the AN fitting is. After the oil flows to the cooler or relocated filter, it will then flow back in the top hole where the AN fitting is and back into the engine. This is how I understand the way it flows. The top AN fitting is IN for oil flow to the engine and the bottom AN fitting is OUT to the cooler or relocated filter.

No. Look it up. The oil enters the filter through the small holes and dumps back into the system through the large hole.
