Default weird engine clicking, update added video

So I had my car tuned last saturday ran perfect until sunday night.... I pull over after driving pretty hard and hear a pretty loud clicking noise coming from my engine and I dont know what it is. I drove the car home and it drove perfect... Pulled the plug on cylinder 1 and it had pretty bad signs of detonation, changed the plugs nothing changed, did a compression test got 220,220,210,220... I pulled the spark on cylinder 1 and sound continues but if I unclip my injector for cylinder 1 the sound goes away(sound is not coming from injector)... The clicking increases with engine rpm but I can't hear it above 3k rpm(could be cuz my car is too loud). I am pretty stumped on what the clicking could be.... Any ideas?

It could just be a bad TCT. Listen to the TCT and see if you can tell if its clicking.

pull it out and sandblast the worm gear. (Search in the under the hood section for a write up on this)
if your using regular mobil 1 get that out of the motor. At a minimum run the 0w40 European blend mobil 1 or redline, etc oil that has zddp in it.

I finally got my car back together today and fired it up and its noisy pretty much the same as you explain.

Question is do you have ID1000 or 2000 injectors cause they make the most godaweful ticking noise thats hard to get use to . I also think my TCT has seen better days .

Mine too, but it's easy to tell the noise is coming from them also...
