Just to give you an idea, me going turbo is going to cost me under 5K and that's including a new clutch+install (not to mention that I'm selling over 2,500 in parts to make up for it).

Also do note that some shops will offer a discounted rate as a promotional value to get more people.

i say it is 10 times better to get the inlinePRO over the Rev Hard Kit. Automotive Speed has them on Special. I don't think you'll find any place cheaper

You could go with the inline pro base (3800) or even the rev hard kit (3600) Both will work fine with boost dependant regulators (like the vortech) as long as you keep the boost low. Best to get an Emanage or some kind of EMS Like AEM, MoTec, Haltec, Tec2 etc etc if you want to go up on boost.. IMO

what the final parts TOTAL on those, once you add in the cost of EMS, among other items?

You can get the inlinePRO kit including the injectors and headgasket for about $4400. Add $1300 for the AEM EMS.

For labor, you are looking at $1500 for everything

For tuning, it will be $400

So you are looking at $7600

PS: The inlinePRO Kit and AEM EMS price was taken from Automotive Speed. They are offering a special price for the inlinePRO Kit. It is the cheapest place to buy from. Also if you buy an AEM EMS along with it, it'll be $1300 because normally it is $1445.

PM kane.s2k for more info on the pricing
