Default what is the best turbo

i have to make a decision on going with a lovefab or ultimate racing turbo. i have heard good things about lovefab and i have also heard some good and bad things about ultimate racing. i would like to hear from someone who has installed both or either one of these turbos and get an in-depth explanation and description about these turbos before i make my final decision. the good thing about ultimate racing is that he is located in toronto, where i live and lovefab is 5 hours away from me. ultimate racing will also tune my vehicle if i was to go with his set-up. any input would be very much appreciated.

Theres your answer.....and if you didn't get that then if I were to go turbo I would go with Cody at Lovefab as its the most complete kit out there that has loads of r&r behind it.......

I have the Ultimate Racing kit, and from what I've seen, the lovefab is a better quality kit. You get a better turbo(and options of which turbo), an equal length manifold vs. log style (UR kit), plus the lovefab comes with EMS I think. Granted it costs more, but I think the extra 2 grand is worth it. Putting everything I just said aside, my car is a blast to drive and it absolutely flies. So, if you are on a budget I don't think you'd be disappointed with the UR kit as I have been delighted and my smiles continue everytime I drive.

Depends on how much you want to spend and what the goals are for the car. If you want 300hp go with the UR kit and save the $$$$. If you want mad HP then lovefab is the way to go out of the two kits listed.

Ultimate Racing is a POS kit. They are not even in the same league as Lovefab. THe only company that is in Lovefabs league is FullRace.

the ultimate racing kit cant compare to lovefab, full race is also sick but doesnt come with the ems, so pretty much u need ems with a turbo set up to run the kit at full potential, love fab is more but not really bc u need the ems and it comes with their kit, lovefab is the phattest

LoveFab and A-Spec have the two most complete and best designed kits on the market. Ultimate racing cut some corners, but also went out of their way on some parts of the kit and it shows. Personally, I wouldn't run a UR kit. I think log manifolds are a HORRIBLE combo with the F22C and F20C (though their T3/60-1 is an awesome turbo). There are many good ways to go about a turbo system. It's all about what you want, whether you can install/tune yourself or need someone else to, and how reliable you want your car to be.
