If you are thinking of DEFI then they can supply the boost, a/f and I would think of the oil pressure. These three is what I would recommend first. If you plan on going further check into a water temp gauge unless you go with the AEM then modifry's mod for the temp gauge will work great. Forgot to add that DEFI's website sais that the boost gauge production has been ended. So think maybe of someone else.

I bought a boost gauge, a AEM UEGO wideband a/f gauge, and I'm planning on getting a oil pressure gauge next... (I have a turbo, not s s/c'er if that matters)

ALSO, if you're looking for defi gauges PM SpoonS and tell him s2k:-) said that he had some for sale. He should tell you what he wants for them, a pillar and all

You don't NEED any guages with the SC. You can CHOOSE to add some, but they are not needed.

I have boost, air/fuel & oil pressure.

I think (and I'm saying think) it might be because a s/c'er is a little more stable and there is no need to be monitoring it all the time like a turbo.

To be honest you don't need any gauges for any setup. I wouldn't recommend it, but it's a siple fact. Gauges are there for you to monitor what's happening in your engine bay. If the car is setup properly then there is no need to monitor it. Gauges help with trouble shooting and possible damage to the motor. Do you need them, no, should you run them, IMO yes.

It's nice to have to monitor the car. I got the Defi Boost and EGT gauges.

Nothing is needed. Same way you dont NEED a Star Wars esque force field around your house to protect it. You can live without it but it's nice to have for piece of mind.

That being said I think A/F is important as is boost. Too high in either will send your motor to Honda heaven. Then again, unless there are serious problems with your SC, boost isnt going to change much so you might want to have an oil pressure gauge handy. I personally have all three and the EGT for my turbo set up.
