What kind of gauges are people running?
It's wired directly to the ECU CAN high and CAN low with a pull-down resistor connecting both lines... in my setup Hondata Kpro V4. I'm using a power source from one of the ignition switched circuits under the dash with a 10 amp add a circuit.
Sensors are wired into the ECU per the manufacturers instructions... Get a good crimper, one of the ratcheting types.
Some ecus have a connection in the back for CAN so you can just order a terminated cable with the right male end from science of speed at the same time as your gauge.

You misunderstood him, alarms for when your engine runs out of your normal desired operating perimeters. Like excessive knock detected or you can use the gauge as a shift light by monitoring and alerting on rpm.
FWIW, found a nice looking peak/hold boost gauge. Wish I found it before. Not sure how good they are it's made by STRI: https://www.evasivemotorsports.com/s...perial-30-psi/
Evasive sells it so I'd assume it's not junk? Anyone used these before? I will give evasive a call and see what they say.

ive been wanting to pull the trigger on the CAN gauge as well and get rid of pillar gauges.
Although im not crazy about the starter button combo idea, can anyone verify what the visiblity is like when in use? how is the angle and visibility of this thing in sun?

Visibility is fine, in direct sunlight it becomes a little more difficult to quickly read, but it's still very readable. Given that it's an OLED display, which aren't renowned for their brightness when it comes to direct sunlight or even in an ambiently bright environment, it does okay. I'll see if I can get you a decent pic of it in direct sunlight later.
thanks Kyle!
As many know, the aem digitals get cancelled out once they see sunlight. Not a huge deal although there are no alarms like the gaugeart so i cant help but stare sometimes waiting for confirmation that all is well. Still in a fine tuning process so gauge watching has become an obsession haha

Anyone running a small display screen/tablet with the video feed from their Aem ecu?
I'm using an infinity 5. I have been contemplating doing the SOS audio control panel but ideally I'd like to use a radio delete panel, if there is such a thing, and mount a screen there.
