If you're looking for a 35r or a 37r, I'd wait to the last minute to buy the turbos. Depending on how quick you want finish the project, you would be able to get the new updAted billet garrette gtr-x series of the 35r or 37r.

On a built motor and a full race manifold I made over 600 on race gas and 547 on pump. This all with a off the shelf gt3582r. Im now upgrading to a HTA 35r to see if i cant get closer to the 700+ range.

You can always get the inlinepro stage 2 and a big turbo and make over 700 all day long .

how much is just the hta 35r turbo itself. also to make in the 600's what am i gonna need specifically to do that..(aside from what i already have) should i upgrade the cams, if so what kind? more fuel, if so what specifically, race manifold, if so what kind, pretty much how much money will i need to invest from what i already have to be able to get it in the 600's, possibly 700's and what brand of items? The reason why I am asking so many questions is because the block is out of the car. I have 1 week to decide exactly what i want to do. I have everything that is on that list including the bottom end parts ordered, except for the inlinepro fuel rail, 2nd walbro fuel pump, and turbo. Please be specific in what i need. I really would rather get everything i need now and have it put in the motor so that 6 months down the road im not saying "damnit i should have got that part" the motor is out and will be alot cheaper to do now than having to pull it out and take the block apart again. thanks for all the info so far guys its been educational

You can send your standard 35r to forced performance and they'll upgrade it to the hta version for around 500 or so I believe. Can't remember the price. Check FP's website. And if you want 6262 power, you can upgrade it to be HTA86 for the same price almost.

currently i am running the precision 60-1 5 bolt flange .63 a/r housing is on the car. We were discussing running the gt35r. What would i need to run that turbo because i know i cant just slap a gt35r and be done. Especially with the settup of the 60trim

Ditch the BC cams and stick with stock cams. WAAAAAAAY stick with stock cams. if your gonna buy any cams..buy Toda Adjustable cams.

the g35 will net you the power that everyone is claiming here.

your gonna HATE that clutch LOL. i know cuz i had the stage 4 and it drove me off a wall.

also.. you have a built motor?? why put a 3mm headgasket? it seems your tuner doesn't know what hes doing if he thinks its a good idea to be doing that to an already built s2k motor.

what shop are u going to? and how much is your whole project costing you?

I just got to know why you want to build a high power s2000 but havent really done any of the research. Most cats on here dont mind spoon feeding you info , but man do some searching its a common build .

In before the part out of your wrecked car

In all honesty, I am good friends with my tuners and they suggested that I do the build. Most of these parts are current on the car as said before except the gt35r, fuel rail, and extra fuel pump. Ive done research but trying to A) see what the best bang for the buck is, B) see others opinions on specific parts C) figure out what parts to stay away from. This is learning for me so all the info you are giving me I am taking it with a smile. I'm not too familiar with building a honda motor as i have been with the 4g63 for the past 5 years. I figured I would post this up to see what people have to say.

Everything is about the same as a 4g63. We just run less boost for the same result. The head on the s2000 out flows it .

Building a s2000 is way more epensive as well.
