What setup has given the best low end torque results?

Also within street-able configurations

log manifolds will have the best spool and low end tq. But log manifold are junk and rob 50-100whp on pump gas compared to a tubular manifold with the same turbo. If you want low end torque you want to run a garrett gtx3071r with a .63ar hotside. Paird that turbo with a good manifold like a full race manifold and your good to go. The ultimate spool and low end tq would be the sos twin scroll kit with a gtx3071r.

I can use the stock internals with the twin scroll kit?

I'm also in the market for a kit, and I've done some research on the SOS kit. I called to ask if they would do a gt/gtx3071r setup, and they said they do not plan to offer this setup. Not sure why...

Probably because with that turbo the kit would only make 350 whp..... Not much power for alot of $$$'s
