Default What should I do about this terrible leak?

My greddy manifold cracked. I ordered a PFAB replacement. Seemed like everything was good until when I turned it on you can hear the loudness of the new exhaust (my manifold...)

The manifold:

The leaks:

The thing is a b word to put on. I've never had so many problems with something like this before. It's damn near impossible to put the nuts on the studs because the runners are in the way... The hole where one stud goes was blocked by the flange so I had to sand in down a bit just to get it on. (now that I've done that I'm sure PFAB won't warrenty it...) anyways, I got it on and managed to figure out a way to torque them down. Obviously the thing is not flat, what should I do to fix it.

I ordered 2 more gaskets. I'm hoping maybe mine is crappy and needs to be replaced. I ordered 2 thinking I could double them up... is that possible?

Or should I get this style gasket instead of the stock one?

See if a machine shop can resurface the flange.

Have you tried talking to Pang ? and see what he is willing to do. Other wise take it to a shop and get it machined true.

2000 GMC Jimmy 4x4, Black.

On topic, I ordered one of those ebay gaskets too. I'm thinking that since it's 2mm thick it'll compress in the areas that are tight and fill in the areas that aren't.
