What size throttle body and injectors for S/C?

Does anyone know of a good reliable combo for a daily driven S/C?

I'm not even sure why this is a question. These things have been running around on the streets for years in stock configuration.

What size? 66mm or 70mm?
Is there such thing as "too big"? Im sure the bigger you go, the more of compromise with low-end torque, but also improved top end hp, no?
