Do I need colder plugs for a stock vortech setup with EMS, or will the stock plugs work fine?

I'm trying to iron out all the bugs before I take the car to Church.

Yes you do: 1 step colder. I've had success with NGK 7173's. BTW when are you tuning?

Haven't made the appointment yet. I want everything to set up right before I call church. i don't want to waste his time.

I'm hoping for an appointment in 2 weeks.

Why do you ask?

Sparkplugs.com They are close to where you live so you'll probably get them next day.

The NGK 7173s are non-resistor "racing" plugs. Some people have had electrical noise issues with their ECUs.

The BKR7Es are a good choice if you're under 400hp.
