Default What takes to set up AEM EMS?

I am considering about getting 9lb pully kit with larger injectors to run with AEM EMS.
In this country, NO ONE had experience with AEM EMS.
But I know this technician who is familiar with Motec EMS.
He knows how to tune F.I. cars and he has it done it with many other EMS(Motec, HKS F-con..ect..ect)

Is it complex to tune AEM EMS?
Will it be a problem with tune it with 9lb pully?
I have no idea what AEM EMS is like and I like to know if my tech will be able to tune it or not.
What do you guys think??

Around what WHP are we talking about with proper tuned 9lb pully?

An experienced tuner shouldn't have any problem with the AEM. The biggest gripe I've heard from Motec tuners is getting around the GUI interface. BUt that is just a case of familiarity. I mean, a GUI is always more intuitive than a text/menu driven system.
