awesome thanks, I casn open the datalog window however it wont allow me to view like Intake air tem and some other things, only allows Engine speed, airflow input and output (v), ????/ is rthis because its not hooked up to my car?

now, if I plug this in to my car and only click on datalog that should gaurentee I dont mess with my tune right?

I cant get this update installed correctly, I think I have to connect my E-manage to my PC then attempt to update?

Do I need this update to just datalog?
you need to click one of the buttons in the bottom right of the datalog screen to open a new window which allows you to check mark the items you want to view.

you will need a laptop to datalog, as you cannot datalog and make changes unless you are hooked up realtime with your car.

once you are hooked up and it says online in the bottom right, save your map (save as). that way you will always have it to revert back to if needed.

Yeah, I can open the window that shows the clickable boxes to view what I want to DATALOG, however most of them are like, light grey (cant click on them), is this because I have to have it hooked up to my car?

Also from what I have read it will ask me if I want to import data from my E-manage, is that a yes, (data from car to pc), or do I not want to click that (take the blanks from the PC and DL it to my E-manage in my car) ?

Make sure upgrading the firmware won't mess with your tune, it might clear all the data on the unit while updating....

Once you have selected the parameters that you want to log you should see a live data stream of those parameters. You will see them when the data log window is open and the car is running no matter if you have hit the start/stop button.

Save the datalog and then post it on a file sharing site. Post the link here.

I plugged it in, and it says "unable to find drivers, Insert CD etc"

How do I get around that?

I just did this to mine. The driver came with the software. After plugging the usb cable from the Ultimate into the laptop, it will ask you to install a driver. Hit the browse button when it asks for a file location. I believe the folder was named "greddy driver" or something similar. Click on that folder and it should install it for you.

Also, updating to 2.2 did not delete my tune or anything.
