Whats your opinion on the REV-HARD turbo kit?
before i begin let me just say...
Im buying an AEM EMS and bigger injectors seperatly
im asking if anyone has experience with the REV-HARD kit?
is it a COMPLETE kit?
what's your opinion on it?
how is the quality of the piping/fittings?
does anyone know the trim and A/R of their turbo?
are there any horror stories in the purchase process? do they always ship a COMPLETE kit?
i know its not as good as Lovefab, but it costs less... so im trying to learn what is specifically negative about it?
id appreciate any help... thanks.

My opinion on any turbo setup with the S2000 is to do it the right way the first time around. I'm glad to hear that you want to upgrade to an EMS and bigger injectors to go along with the kit, that is a step in the right direction, but my opinion on the REVHARD kit is to just get a higher quality kit from the start. For the difference in price you can get either an inline pro, fullrace, or lovefab (I prefer lovefab
) kit for not a huge amount of money more. The benefit to these kits is that you have the potential to make a lot of power with the kits without needing to upgrade anything in the future that is related to the kit itself. I just feel that if you are going to do all that work and invest all of that money, just do it once. Just my 2 cents.
The Rev Hard kit is capable of 400+whp easily. I would recommend using a larger dp. 280whp?!? they must have been only running an FMU with nothing else. The turbo that comes with the Rev Hard kit is a Precision SC44 which is capable of 525hp.

It's an entry level kit and as the saying goes "you get what you pay for." IMO i don't understand why no one takes the the time to read and research all the info that members put together in the F/I section and then decide how they want to spend their hard earned money. just my 2 cents
I don't know about the revhard kit for s2000, but I know some people who have there products on civics and integras and they like it and have had really good luck with them. I went with lovefab kit but it is a lot more money than revhard. I know that along with never hearing anything really good about the kit, I haven't heard anything bad about it either other than people talking sh!t because it's not "the best". I don't doubt the abilities of a revhard kit but if you buy a kit that more people have you will have better luck with help on install and trouble shooting after install if need be since they have already been there done that. Not many people have that kit compared to others available.
