For R1 Pilot:



The flange is 8mm thick. All the other measurments are in mm as well.

i have a 3/8" aluminum flange that very very closely matches the sketch posted if you want it. the inlet size is 53mm, the bolt hole size is 9mm and center to center distance is 89mm (which pretty much matches what you have) you can have it for $25 shipped. paypal: aaron@weirtech.ca just include a note what it is for.

Been there, done that. Not fun, but it worked OK. I went thinner; 1/4" 6061 is plenty and much easier to work with than 1/2". The hard part is cutting the big hole in the middle.

I don't want to pay $25 for something that might fit... center to center on the intake is 84.05. 89 center to center is 5mm off. 5mm is a lot when you want something to fit right.
