Default While the engine is out......

I have a lotus 7 with s2000 supercharged engine. The clutch will not hold and I'm replacing it with a much better clutch
that will hold a boost. There is no room in the engine bay. I have to take the engine out just to replace the clutch.
I will also replace the stock flywheel to a lighter one.

What else do you recommend to do while engine is out?

Why have I never seen pictures of your car??? I would like to see them NOW!!!

When my clutch started slipping, I replaced the pressure plate, friction disc, flywheel, throw out bearing, and throw out bearing guide. I also cleaned the crap out of everything around the clutch including the clutch fork (not necessary to replace) and re-greased everything including the fork and the slave ball-joint thingy. You can polish up the slave ball-joint thingy as well.

pictures?
What flywheel?
This one: https://competitionclutch.com/store/....php?vinvid=81

and the clutch is stage 3.5 ( I don't want a heavy clutch - just enough to hold the boost) the car only weigh in a little over 900lbs & 12psi of boost that's it.

That's a sweet car! Must be insanely fast being that light with 12 psi boosted S2000 motor!

I think i"m in love...nice car bro. Are you having any other problems besides the clutch sliping. Having trouble trying to keep it cool? Engine is pretty reliable so there isn't much that you really have to look into. Besides that ticky tct.

yEAH... the engine seems reliable. I think I can drive to the moon and back without a hitch.
The cowl - vents & the spal fans helps cool it down. I like turbo but too hot for this car, supercharger is ideal less heat and pretty good delivering torque specially an anemic torque like s2000 ( oh well, i don't need torque @ 900 lbs anyway)
