Default who run S/C high boost with bosch diverter

I have CT S/C kit with SOS 1200 blower
I'm looking for upgrade pulley to use 16 psi E85
maybe some around high 400whp with stock motor

CT S/C kit come with bosch 25mm diverter valve and some people change tial Q BOV for using high boost
or some people use stock

anyone tried high boost with CT S/C stock diverter valve?

Post in the FI section for more feedback, but most of us who have tried have experienced significant surge on high RPM shifts. Some switch to a Q, some switch to dual BPV's, some do a combo of both.

Hey mate, have a think about using the largest TIAL bypass BOV valve being the "TIAL QRJ".

Then all you need is the connector to mount this to your aftercooler. You may need to open up the hole in your aftercooler to match the tial size.

I'm using the Synapse Synchronic which is bigger than the Bosch valve and get flutter above 5k rpms on a 3.4" pulley, and my peak boost is only 12-13psi.

I would not run just the stock valve alone, unless you enjoy rebuilding your blower excessively

The easy good working solution is to relocate that valve to the 3/4" air pump previsions on the after cooler and purchase the Turbo Smart 25mm dual port/stage valve and put in stock location. I ran this tandem set up with my 1200 at max/17psi boost and it evacuated everything effectively. The nice thing too is that the valves are already sprung/calibrated to open and close when they are supposed to. The Turbo smart has a pre load adjustment so you can alter it somewhat, but just set it to work in tandem with the Bosch. Simple, cheap and effective.

Same setup with a synapse diverter valve and the bosch unit. 3.2" pulley on a 1220 15-16psi no surge for flutter for or issues for the last 3 years.
