How much boost do you guys build off the line with anti-lag? From what I have read, it's extremely hard on the Turbo

If you just use a 2-step, what do you set it at?

^ Yea, I have Supertech Inconel Exhuast valves, but there was an episode where my Manifold and turbo was glowing for a while, I am sure that "aged" my inconel exhuast valves a bit, lol

Im at 6lbs at 6k rpm with ignition cutting out 200 rpm blow fuel. It really increases EGT so I believe thats why its bad for valves. Just dont hold it there and you should be alright

I usually build any where between 16lbs at least and 34lbs at most depending on car, setup, track, tire, etc. Everything is hard on the turbo, valves, etc. If the turbo was built right with quality parts and you're using a quality valve not sitting on the anti lag for five minutes you're fine.

Joey - no disrespect to you, but we gotta stop and/or minimize this stuff in here. This is the same kind of thing that had everyone blowing up 3mm HG's left and right all because of what "someone said that someone said".

Using the two step is fine as long as you don't get overly aggressive and use it every single time you get a chance. The problem with the internet is people never tell the full story. They'll tell you "I have bent valves from using the two step" but won't tell you they had it setup JUST to make flames and noise to look cool to impress their friends at ricer hangouts.

Its just like anything else - don't abuse it and you'll be fine.
