Default wideband reading ?

I Just installed my aem uego wideband on my s2k and I was trying to find out how it works exactly. I read a bit on www.aempower.com but I want a bit more info. I know that it controls the air fuel so it don't get too lean or rich.. but when I read on the gauge I see it going on the red and coming back in the yellow. So I'm guessing it's still lean... And what is the good range for an s2k turbo.. usually it goes around 13-15 when I drive on the highway..

thx a lot for your help !

V, do not hit WOT if your car isnt tuned yet. That can be very bad for the engine.

Just a heads up - if the uego controller isn't connected to an ems (engine management system) it isn't going to control your air/fuel mixture, it's just going to monitor it. You'll want to check what numbers come up on the guage rather than just the colours - the range of the colours can be too broad.

13-15 should be fine when you're cruising at low load (ex. barely touching the pedal in 5th or 6th) Under WOT you should be seeing lower numbers.

The wideband is not going to control your a/f, its just a read out. In boost full throttle it should be 11-12.5. The lower the number the richer it is. Over 12.5 full throttle is dangerous.

BTW what was the problem with it before that it didnt work?
