Default Would you guys trust this

So I am looking for a turbo and I dont want to spend a lot of money on one I know you guys love your gt30s and all but thats just not what I am looking for. I was looking around for turbos and I saw these http://redhat3.admarkonline.com/~obxracing...cts.php?pk=1047.

I know obx doesnt have the greatest rep on some things but they do have a warranty. Figured I would ask even though I have a feeling I'll get Plus they have to be beter quality than the ebay turbos.

I wouldn't trust that at all.

Many Garrett T3, T4, and T3/T4 turbos are routinely sold by the vendors on Honda-Tech for $575 or so (at least last time I looked that was the price).

I wouldn't trust it. I had an OBX header on my previous car and it cracked in just a few months. They were good about the warranty but the next one also cracked. Didn't bother dealing with them again.

What's the use of a warranty if you get a crappy product? You can get a used GT series turbo for only 300 dollars more...

going turbo is NOT a place to try to be cheap. save for the quality product and cut corners elsewhere

Seriously, go to Honda-Tech. They have good turbos starting around $550.

As stated above don't cheap out. It sounds like you don't have the money to do it right so don't do it. Save your money and enjoy the car. If you do it cheapo it will never run right and will always be broken down and costing you hundreds and thousands of dollars more than you planned on.

get a precision sc61. pretty much as a 35r, just non ball bearing. can support 600whp easy. ive had a couple of them on previous cars never had a problem. Just got myself one for the s2k with a inline kit. I beleive the price of the sc61 is around 600-650 brand new with warranty which you wont even need since it wont be giving you a problem
