Default YELLO ENGINE LIGHT!

Story:

Hey guys, It was an awesome night here in KC, Missouri about 70 out. I filled up full with some E85 and headed out to do some pulls. I haven't played with S much and wanted to see how the S would react with WOT/ half throttle-everyday pulls. I couldn't be happier with how she felt. In vtec she sounded like a freight train because of the open waste gate. I decided to hop on 435hwy and do one last run and what-do-you-know..... a silver GTR. The one I've been seeing for months, but I have always been in another car. I was in 3rd gear when I got up next the the GTR going about 65mph. The GTR went WOT and I did the same. After I shifted into 4th I had a steady pull on him so I let off after about a car ahead. WHOOOOOOO that felt good! Then out of the corner of my eye, a yellow light is flashing......Was it the dreaded Engine Light Flashing at me? In my head i'm thinking, " I checked the oil, for leaks, zip-tied all the vac lines, wrap all the wires that needed to be wrapped, etc." As I looked down, my heart sank into my stomach. And I'm like what the F. The maintenance light was flashing and my mileage was at 64997. Haha I was so relieved.

So on to my build.

Big THANKS to John Tran<-----(lol I know) at JtAuto. Also I really couldn't have gotten this far without the help of our own members ILOVEMYHONDA and MissMyS. Big thumbs up to Scottie and Joey, without their help and knowledge I wouldn't know the things I know today about this car. The head is fully built by MissMyS and you can find the specs in the sig. The block was also built bored it a little so its like a 2.1 liter.
I made 510rwhp and 340tq on 21psi on e85, that is with maxing out the id1000's and single walbro 255 pump. I decided to turn the boost down to 18psi just to be safe. So far, so good.

Power seems a bit low for that much boost on e85.

Its a very conservative tune. I have id1000s with the 255 pump so of course im not going to get over the 500 hump too much, fuel system is limited. I switched to e85 more for the safety and benifits it gives. This is my dd so I wanted more umphh midrange, so I went with the .63 on the turbo and already had 2.5 inch intercooler pipes from my other setups. I pretty much pieced this kit together and im happy with the outcome.

If it is not flowing more than 500whp worth of air through the engine at that boost level then I would look into something causing a major restriction. What size is that downpipe? Even if your timing is super conservative it is still moving the same amount of air so fuel requirements will be about the same.

There is some restriction from the down pipe. Its a 3inch dp but its a 2.5 flange bc of the turbos hotside is a 2.5 vband. Im sure the 2/2.5 inch intercooler pipes aren't helping either.

2.5" intercooler pipes are not hurting you. 2.5" is good for quite a bit of power.

I have no clue, maybe its my manifold? Before the tune I pressure tested to check for leaks and everything looked good. And as always every city has their "heartbreak dyno". John says all the other shops around him read ~10% higher then his. He has a dynojet.
