As many of you guys know, Our Moderator DREAMCATION has just passed away. We'll be making Tshirts as a form of fundraiser for his wife.
CAn ANYONE help me and make us that logo above in a VECTOR .ai, .eps file PLEASE.

Not sure what you mean. But if you wanted it in a .eps file, here it is.
