My Scott Scale 30..
Atleast what is left of the 30, actually nothing.
Replaced everything with better and lighter parts.

You guys would think this is cool... I actually made an electric bicycle last summer. It has a hub motor and it is pretty quick! 15mph, 18mi range. Bad thing is it's HEAVY.
