02+ NSX wheels UPDATE!
yup i got them on finally with no spacer to just see how they look and it's not that bad but i'm not happy with the front tire size........MY 03 is only lowered 1 inch and befor it looked just right in the front but now after the install there is a nice gap......
I'm thinking of two different things to cure this...
1. Use a 5mm spacer and step up to a 215/45 tire from a 215/40
or
2. Stick with what i got and get a 10mm spacer and some Koni's for the front and set them on the lower perch (1/2 inch lower)
The front does sit under a tiny bit more than stock
I did get a chance to put one of the rears on the front to see how it looked and it was not to nice looking
Forgot to take pics

Almost forgot Mike from evasive said that he used a 10mm spacer in the front and that is a 215/40 tire.....
The 5mm spacer would be better if i go to a larger tire size like a 215/45 or a 225/45

When you mounted one of the rear wheels up front, was there any rubbing issue? Also what looked bad? Too much concave? Or was it the tire size? A pic would have been nice.
Why would you go with a 5mm spacer if you went 215/45? You should
still have plenty of clearance with the 10mm. I think a 5mm would still have the wheel too tucked in.
215/40-17 = 23.77" dia.
215/45-17 = 24.61" dia.
The 215/40-17 is too small.

the stock size is 215/40 so thoes came on the wheel when i got it... with a 5mm that would bring it out to +55 which is the stock spec i'm afraid if o go to 50+ with a 10mm spacer i will have a rubbing issue with the larger tire ( going over bumps ect.)
when i put the rear up front the face of the wheel was past the edge of the fender, the concave looked ok........ but did look strange looking down the side of the car....I was not able to get a 265/40/17 because the tire was out of stock.....i ended up with the same 255's on the rear......I'm kinda glad too the tire would have been close......
Sorry i forgot the pics.....but i will have pics of the finished product when i get the front fixed up

But the stock AP2 front tire size is 215/45-17. Going with 215/40 is almost 1" smaller in diameter when compared to stock. That is why you got the added gap.
When you mounted the 17x9's up front, did you set the car on the ground? Or was it jacked up?
I anxious to see how it looks.
