Yah, you need better lighting to show off the line of the car better.

i'm kinda anti-photoshop. i could've made the car brighter when i was taking the pictures. i was kinda going for the dark look.
If your shooting digital thats what Photoshop is for, its not like process where you can make adjustments in the dark room. Not all photos come out of the camera perfect from anybody, even professional photographers use it, trust me.

i know that. i just prefer not to alter my shots. if i want it a certain way, i'll take it that way. now when you're doing prints, photoshop is needed, because computer white is differant from paper white.

Nice shots, but yeah, I'd personally like them a TAD brighter. But definitely nice framing. I like the one looking through the window the best.

Almost all of them seem underexposed to me. I know you justify it by saying you were going for the "dark" look, but I think you should have achieved it through different positioning of the car/lighting, not by underexposing. And to say you don't use photoshop because "if you want it a certain way, you'll take it that way" seems like pretty grandious speech coming from someone who took photos like those. Photoshop is a tool to be used in lieu of a darkroom. You shouldn't shun it's use because you think it's too ameture, which is the feeling I get from what you said.

Car is nice though!

that's not really what i was meaning by that. and i'm not a car photographer. it's my least favorite subject. i wasn't really trying to make the civic the focal point of my whots.
