So... why is the spacing inverted relative to the S's tach? For a turbo, it seems like the 1000x spacing would widen as you reached peak boost. Was it just because the engine spent more time down low?

Old Civics also had digital tachs, I'll have to see if I can find a picture of one.

The Insight also has one.

My '88 300zx had a digi tach too. It was kinda cool because it would go left and right with the rpms, and up and down with how far you opened the throttle.
