I dont think that flat black is the solution. You would still be missing the weave and up close that would probably just look odd. If I had to take a stab at finding a happy balance for your parts I would look into continuing the paint from the bumper to the hood and fenders in a tasteful manner but still leave exposed CF on both parts.

It would be a hard choice to decide on the paint scheme.

Or you could go the Enzo route and find a way to paint your fenders and hood while leaving the weave visible through the paint.

I'd paint everything yellow myself since I don't need people to know that I have cf parts.

If you want to paint the front bumper flat back, you should do the same for the back and pick up some cf doors and quarterpanels. You might want a cf top too to complete the look.
