Default 2006 Red/Black Interior

This may have been answered before, but...

Does the Red/Black interior in the 2006 have a black or red center console? To me, it looks like the console, well at the least the compartment plastic between the two seats, is red. Has anyone seen a 2006 red/black interior in person? A picture would be greatly appreciated. Take a look, please inform me.

Thanks!
Tony

Hmm, that does look red. Have you tried the 360 degree picture they have on the japanese site? That might help out. I don't know if you can do it for every car though.

The Silverstone Red/Black combo will not be assembled until Dec. We have one on order. Once it comes in I'll post pics for you or you can PM me. The plastic part of the tunnel (the "console" with th drink holder etc.) is black. The trim that covers the eshaust tunnel is red (carpet, "leather" cover) Black Red Interior has Black doors with red inserts, red carpets. The dash and roll bar hoops are still black.

Cyclon36:
I can't even find any 2006 interior pics on the Japanese site. Do you know where they are? Maybe I'll try Europe.

rioyellows2k:
So the red and black areas are basically the same as the 04/05's? That's what I speculated, it's just that the picture shows it red, hmmm.

basically the same. Bolster areas are black, and the perforated inserts are red. The 2006 seats have a new texture to the bolster areas however.

How does the new texture look in person? It looks nicer in the brochure, but kinda nasty in the pics I've seen posted on this site.

For now no such seats in Japan.
